My role at KEYFORT:

As a Complex Regional Team Lead at KEYFORT, I work closely with the people we support, their support teams, Case Managers and our CQC Team to ensure we are delivering the best person-centred care possible.

 

Previous Experience / Background:

I graduated with an MSc in Clinical Psychology in 2018, and have worked & volunteered in a variety of different care settings since including elderly care, supporting people with mental health difficulties, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and independent living settings.

I still regularly support the same people as I did back when I joined KEYFORT as a specialist support worker in 2021. This allows me to understand their support, their wishes, their families and support teams first hand which is definitely the best part about my role.

 

One fun fact about me:

I have a twin brother who managed to convince me, for a long time, that we had twin-telepathy.
