My role at KEYFORT:  I am the Regional Service Manager for the North East and North West CQC teams. It is my responsibility to oversee the quality of the care packages and ensure everyone is receiving safe and person-centred support.

Previous Experience / Background: 

I have spent a number of years in the social care sector starting as a domiciliary care worker and working my way up doing most roles within domiciliary care and eventually becoming the registered manager for the company I worked for previous to KEYFORT.

One fun fact about me:

I have done a Sky Dive from 12 thousand feet to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.
