Community Care Manager (North East Region)

We are recruiting for a Community Care Manager to lead our passionate and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who has the right values and is committed to the provision of high quality, person centred care. You will lead a team including Assistant Managers, Specialist Support Coordinators and a Registered General Nurse. The successful person will take CQC Registration for the North East region an will ensure that the service’s are Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led.

Experience of working as a Registered Manager in community care is an advantage but we would also like to meet any Deputy Managers looking for their next role. What we really want is someone who can think about things differently, this isn’t a traditional care company.

In return we will give you a competitive salary of £28k – £32k depending on experience, continuous professional development, a company discount scheme, health cash plan and a pension scheme.
