Role Requirements; You will be responsible for ensuring the resources are in place enabling the delivery of safe support. This includes developing and maintaining the schedules for frontline workers. You will ensure that company protocols and CQC guidance on safe and sufficient staffing are followed at all times.

To lead in the management of incoming contact and ensuring all communication received by the North West operational team is captured/logged and passed to the correct person to follow on.

To develop a supportive relationship with the people we support, next of kin and support workers from the initial onboarding and throughout their time with KEYFORT. This includes regular welfare contact to receive feedback on service delivery.

You will be part of the On Call team on a rota basis to ensure the people we support and staff teams are kept safe from harm and offer guidance where required. Elements of this role will involve some delivery of care to the people we support.

To support with any related audits and reviews of service as requested.

To support the service with any administration tasks that may be required (e.g. quality questionnaire calls, schemes for recognition of outstanding work)

You will be predominantly working from our Carlisle Office, Warwick Bridge with the KEYFORT North West operational team, and also working fork home on a rota basis.

Working hours will be 12 hour shifts working 3 days one week (36 hours), and 4 days the next (44 hours). This role will include working alternate weekends on a rolling rota. Rotas to be agreed in advance with the CQC Operations Manager.
