TM was diagnosed with Motor Neurons disease. He needed a Tracheostomy fitted to enable him to breathe via a ventilator. KEYFORT were approached to provide a 24/7 package specifically to cater to his full nursing and medical needs to enable him to live at home with his family.  We recruited a full staff team and arranged for training to be carried out whilst he was still in hospital, so that his full team were fully trained ready for his discharge home. TM has now been living at home since 2018, with all his needs met. His condition is well managed by his staff team and is able to have time with his friends and family. We have supported with all home adaptations and securing a vehicle meaning he can access the wider public.
