Regional Team Lead

In my role at KEYFORT, I manage and deliver high-quality, person-centred support. My responsibilities include overseeing support delivery, managing and training Support Workers, and ensuring that our care plans are implemented effectively. I also handle contingency planning, safeguarding, and maintaining clear communication with the Case Manager and other team members.

Previous Experience / Background:

I come from a legal background. I hold a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Northumbria University and have a solid background in legal practice. Transitioning into the healthcare sector has allowed me to bring my skills in communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to a new context. Now, I work alongside an incredible team at KEYFORT, ensuring that we deliver tailored care and support.

One fun fact about me:

My name, Busonma, is a shortened form of Chukwubusomma, which means “God is beautiful” in my local language, and Busonma itself means “Beautiful.” So, every time someone says my name, they’re giving me a compliment!
