My role at KEYFORT: 

As a Regional Team Lead, I work with the people we support to help them live their life to the fullest, whilst working alongside their amazing teams to help achieve this.

Previous Experience / Background:

After leaving school I started working in a residential care home. Over 5 years I learnt a lot working alongside some of the loveliest women who helped mould me into the hard-working person I have become, I then became a senior on nightshift and wanted to try something new which is when I found KEYFORT. I have worked with the company since 2021.
