My role at KEYFORT:

On Call Coordinator. I’m one of the team of on call coordinators providing out of hours support for the North East region.

Previous Experience / Background:

I started out in domiciliary care over 10 years ago and covered roles working as a carer, mentor, senior, coordinator and recruitment consultant. I’ve worked with a variety of different people from challenging behaviours to palliative care.

My background before care was Holistic Therapies so my experience helped me a lot with looking after people’s well-being.

One fun fact about me:

I love cats and would have a house full, but I’m down to three now. My oldest cat is called Bieber (yes after JB), I did not name her!
