My role at KEYFORT: Service Manager

I first started at KEYFORT as a Resource Administrator before moving across to the Academic, Employment and Community (ACE) department as an Academic Support Coordinator. I am now Service Manager of the ACE department where I line manage the team, oversee the day-to-day queries, ensuring quality within the service as well providing support and guidance and being a point of contact for students, people we support, staff and commissioners.

Previous Experience / Background: I have over 10 years of health care experience, starting in a care home as my first job at 16. I’ve worked with a variety of different people and ages ranging from palliative care, working with young adults with behaviours of concern and most recently working as Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) in a private day nursery.

One fun fact about me: I have ridden on an elephant!
