My role at KEYFORT: Social Care Resource Administrator
I am the first point of contact for frontline workers in the North East and will be here to support with recruitment, training and inductions as well as shift cover and On Call. My role is to help make sure that the people we support and those who work for KEYFORT have the resources they need to deliver safe and effective care.
Previous Experience / Background: I have 10 years of health care experience, starting in a care home as my first job at 16. I’ve worked with a variety of different people and ages ranging from palliative care, working with young adults with behaviours of concern and most recently working as Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) in a private day nursery.
One fun fact about me: I have ridden on an elephant!
