Name: Olive Onyeka Okezie
My role at KEYFORT: I am currently a Case Manager & Equality and Diversity Lead. I work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and support teams to ensure continuity of care, compliance with regulations, and positive outcomes for those we serve. I also work to ensure that both staff and the people we support feel valued and respected, regardless of their background, and that our company’s policies reflect a commitment to fairness and representation.
Previous Experience / Background:My experience in education equipped me with the ability to connect with people from different walks of life, communicate effectively, and provide tailored support. These skills have seamlessly translated into my role within health and social care.
I entered this profession as a Specialist Support Worker, where I saw first-hand how compassionate, person-centred care can truly transform lives. Then, I progressed into a Team Lead role, and now as a Case Manager and Equality & Diversity Lead, I’ve embraced the chance to contribute on a larger scale, shaping not just individual outcomes but also the quality and inclusivity of care across the organisation.
One fun fact about me: I laugh heartily and I love to spread a good cheer.
