My role at KEYFORT:
My role is an HR Advisor. I cover all aspects of HR, overseeing best practice and company policy. It is my responsibility to ensure that our staff work within our company values, and adhere to company policy, to allow them to fulfil their role and offer the support and care that our service users would expect. I am available to offer impartial advice to those who may need it, in all areas relating to their employment.
Previous Experience / Background:
Prior to KEYFORT, I’d spent my whole working career at Greggs. From Shop Manager to Business Analyst and more recently as HR admin team leader (just to name a few!), I found myself looking for the next step in my career.
One fun fact about me:
I sold my house to Shola Ameobi (ex Newcastle United football player)
