My role at KEYFORT:

My role at KEYFORT is as a Director and I have worked for KEYFORT for over 11 years in a number of different roles. I work as part of a team who oversee all areas of the business. We develop the company business plans, ensure company sustainability and the quality of the services we deliver. I line manage the HR Manager, CQC Registered Manager and Business Manager & Clinical Lead.

Previous Experience / Background:

I have a degree in Psychology but my previous work experience is in sales and account management.

I have a black belt in karate.
