Name: Olive Onyeka Okezie
My role at KEYFORT: I am a Regional Team Lead. I joined KEYFORT as a Specialist Support worker and I have worked across several cases spanning from ACE to CQC. My current role at KEYFORT provides me with an excellent opportunity to champion the delivery of the high quality person-centred care alongside an incredibly passionate and supportive team.
Previous Experience / Background: I have previously worked as a Primary School teacher abroad and a SEND Learning Support Assistant across schools in the UK. I hold a Master of Arts in Education from Northumbria University, Newcastle. I have always been passionate about making an impact on individual well-being and quality of life, which has inspired me to transition into Health and Social Care. This field aligns more closely with my long-term career goals and personal values, allowing me to utilise my skills in a new and meaningful way, while working with other professionals to ensure that families receive the best possible care.
One fun fact about me: I laugh heartily and I love to spread a good cheer.
