My role at KEYFORT:
My role at KEYFORT is a Case Manager for the North West team. Prior to this I was a Specialist Support Coordinator. This means I have had the opportunity to work closely with the people we support and their support teams. I really enjoy my role as this allows me to get to know the staff team and people we support on a more personal level and have greater knowledge to ensure their needs are put first and they receive the care they each deserve.
Previous Experience / Background:
I have worked in support all my working life starting off with apprenticeships to complete my lever 2 & 3 diploma in Health and Social Care. I have worked in multiple care settings and started with the company around 7 years ago on a bank position working my way up to then full time, on to team lead and currently case lead since March 2020
One fun fact about me:
As if I wasn’t already Christmas crazy; my first child was born on Christmas Day! 😊
