I have personal experience in complex care needs and acquired brain injury. I have a background in Psychology (BSc) and I’m continuing my studies in this sector as I have a passion for understanding the complex dynamics and nuances of behaviour… Before my current role, I was a Regional Team Lead for the North East region.
