My role at KEYFORT:
I am the Recruitment & Resource Manager, managing the recruitment process from advertisement stage, completed interviews through to all new employees starting. My role challenges me to find people with similar values to that of our business. I am committed to upholding a “person centred” approach to recruitment, allowing me to find the best possible staff to join our committed teams to the people we support in Education, Community, Employment and Complex Children’s Care.
Previous Experience / Background:
I worked for the Department for Transport for 20 years, before changing careers paths and, I have now worked in the Recruitment and Employment sector for the last 7 years. I joined KEYFORT in April 2019, I was looking for an employer that would allow me to deliver a more quality service. KEYFORT has given me the platform to reform recruitment processes, applying me to apply quality over quantity. I particularly enjoy engaging fully with all applicants, offering lots of advice, information and guidance on the position, the business and, the individual(s) we support.
One fun fact about me:
I am the office’s noisiest coffee maker and like to stir it for aaaaaages.
