My role at KEYFORT: My role at KEYFORT is a part delivery Case Manager. Taking on existing and new cases, overseeing those and ensuring individuals are happy and their needs/goals are met. I am also responsible for managing staff teams and ensuring person centered care is delivered. Due to being part delivery, this also means I can remain hands on supporting my allocated cases ensuring I am up to date with their needs and continue having good relationships with all involved.

Previous Experience / Background: I have worked in the care sector for around 5 years. I began as a care assistant in a residential home where I soon quickly worked my way up to more senior positions along with gaining my NVQ level 3 health and social qualifications and looking to complete my NVQ level 5 next! Most of my experience has been with complex needs in the elderly, specializing in Dementia however I do have a broad understanding of complex needs in all age ranges and strive to provide support in a person centered approach.
