Juliet Maudling

As Team Lead, I work closely with the lady I support, our support team, case manager and link in with our service manager to ensure the best service is delivered.

My role at KEYFORT: I have recently started my new role as Complex Regional Team Lead, after 5 years of working as a Support Worker with KEYFORT. I work closely with the lady I support, our support team, Case Manager and link in with our Service Manager to ensure the best service is delivered.

Previous Experience / Background: My passion has always been with support work; I have worked in the care industry for 8 years. Previously, I have completed courses in Understanding Autism, Sensory & Behaviour, Psychology and Business & Administration.

One fun fact about me: I have a large collection of Crystals from all over the world, over 150 pieces!
