My role at KEYFORT: Resource, Quality & Safeguarding Officer

Previous Experience / Background: I have studied social care all the way from GCSE level to graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University, completing a degree in the subject. I completed my work-based learning within a charity funded pupil referral unit before working as an advisor on the COVID-19 support lines. I then went on to become a team leader within a young person’s trauma unit before starting at KEYFORT. My initial role was as Resource Administrator before being given the opportunity to develop further.

As the Regional Resource, Quality, and Safeguarding Officer for KEYFORT, I am the first point of contact for staff members, handling all safeguarding queries and concerns. My role focuses on ensuring that our company adheres to CQC guidelines and maintains the highest quality standards.
