My role at KEYFORT: Quality Assurance Lead

Previous Experience / Background: I have studied social care all the way from GCSE level to graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University, completing a degree in the subject. I completed my work-based learning within a charity funded pupil referral unit before working as an advisor on the COVID-19 support lines. I then went on to become a team leader within a young person’s trauma unit before starting at KEYFORT. My initial role was as Resource Administrator before being given the opportunity to develop further.

Within my current role as Quality Assurance Lead I am responsible for ensuring KEYFORT comply with current legislation and regulations in order to keep both the people we support as well as our staff safe whilst striving for outstanding. I am always looking for new ways on how we can improve our services, and will always have an open ear for suggestions. I also manage our out of hours team of on-call coordinators who help to keep KEYFORT safe at all times.

One fun fact about me: I have a sausage dog called Gary!
