Previous Experience / Background:

With 10 years in Health and Social Care, I’ve led turnaround and quality projects nationwide in domiciliary, complex, and care home settings. Specializing in tech implementation and document creation to support care planning and risk assessments, I’ve honed a deep understanding of the industry. My passion is delivering person-centered care, always and ensuring the support staff are heard and supported to do the best they possibly can.
