My role at KEYFORT

I advise and support the Nursing team within KEYFORT in the delivery of high-quality clinical training and competency processes. I also advise on policy and procedures with a particular focus on Children’s Services. I love being part of the Nursing team as an advisor and provide peer support and clinical supervision to my fellow nursing colleagues. When required I will work directly with families by assessing needs and developing safe and effective children’s care packages.

 

Previous Experience / Background:

I am a registered Children’s Nurse, RNCB, with over 25 years’ experience, working within acute children’s hospitals, children’s Intensive care unit and then over 10 years within children’s community nursing services. I have also volunteered with VSO, as a Pediatric Nurse in Ethiopia. I joined KEYFORT in 2021 as part of the new children’s services team.

I can Irish dance (I used to be amazing, honestly, but I’m very rusty now)
