My role at KEYFORT:

I am currently the Academic & Development Lead for the North East. This means I oversee all of the academic support we provide and make sure it is of the highest quality as well as making sure everyone knows who we are and the positive work we do! Before working as the Service Manager, I have also been an Assistant Manager, Specialist Coordinator and Support Worker, therefore I have experience in many different aspects of the company! My favourite thing about KEYFORT is being able to support and witness those we support grow in confidence and gain independence.

Previous Experience / Background:

I have worked with KEYFORT since graduating university over two years ago. Although my degree is in Primary Teaching, I enjoyed working here so much, I decided to stay. All my previous work and volunteering has resolved around supporting children and young people to reach their full potential personally and academically.

One fun fact about me:

I have an identical twin sister.
