My role at KEYFORT:

My role at KEYFORT is as a Director and I have worked for KEYFORT for over 9 years in a number of different roles. I work as part of a team who oversee all areas of the business. We develop the company business plans, ensure company sustainability and the quality of the services we deliver. I line manage both the Managers in the Education / Employment Service, Training team and the Finance Department. 

Previous Experience / Background:

I have a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice. I started at KEYFORT whilst completing my degree in Psychology as a support worker then to Assistant Psychologist in the Community Service. I then moved to Education Service manager, Head of Service, Deputy Director, and in January 2022 I moved to become a Director.

I also have a black belt in karate.
