My role at KEYFORT:  Case Manager

Previous Experience / Background:  I am a qualified Mental Health Therapist with experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing a range of mental health and wellbeing challenges. Throughout my career, I have provided both one-to-one and group counselling for young people in crisis, as well as Crisis Stabilisation support within a hospital Emergency Department setting. My expertise in care delivery and case management enables me to support individuals with complex mental, emotional, and physical needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes during difficult and often life-changing circumstances.

One fun fact about me:  My family and I own a sweet and ice cream shop in the Lake District.
