I then moved on to supporting a young man with an acquired brain injury. Although I had no previous experience working with individuals with brain injuries, I quickly discovered how rewarding this role can be. I enjoyed helping my client achieve their goals and supporting them to take part in activities they enjoy.

One of the things I love most is the variety it brings. Together, we have enjoyed activities such as playing pool, going to the cinema, and even taking a boat trip around the Farne Islands. Seeing the positive impact these experiences have on the people I support makes my role incredibly fulfilling.
