My role at KEYFORT: Senior Case Manager

Previous Experience / Background:

Throughout my career in social care, I have worked in differing roles from support worker to line management and provided support to some truly amazing people, all with differing conditions who have shown that no matter what they are living their best life! Working in social care is about empowering people to have control in their life decisions and be part of their local communities.

I have the opportunity every day to make a difference to someone whether that be people we support and/or staff.

One fun fact about me:

I dislike the word “No” – there is always a way to accomplish something! Improvise, adapt and overcome!
