My role at KEYFORT:

I am the Registered Operations Manager. My role is to make sure that everyone is receiving high quality, person centered care and that CQC regulations are met and exceeded.

Previous Experience / Background:

I have over 16 years experience working within the health and social care sector, from working as a domiciliary support worker to many of those years leading care teams and operations within the community. I have also completed a degree in psychology, and Level 5 in leadership and management within health and social care. I am really passionate about ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and believe in working together to build and maintain positive relationships and person centered support.

One fun fact about me:

I have a crazy (but cute) patterdale terrier called Tino – he’s my little Bestie!
