My role at KEYFORT:
I am a Case Manager at KEYFORT, supporting individuals with complex needs and working alongside amazing teams, families and healthcare professionals to ensure we provide safe, compassionate and person centered care .
One of the things I enjoy the most about my role is getting to know the people we support, understanding what matters to them and helping our teams make a positive difference in their everyday lives. I believe that when staff feel valued and supported they are better equipped to provide excellent care.
Previous Experience /Background
My journey into healthcare has been quite an interesting one! I have worked across domiciliary care, residential care, NHS services and complex care supporting people with a wide range of needs.
Having started in frontline care, I understand both the rewards and challenges that come with supporting people everyday. That experience has shaped my approach to Case Management where I value teamwork, open communication, continuous learning and always putting the individual first.

I love travelling and exploring new places. I enjoy discovering and experiencing different cultures, making memories and experiencing life beyond everyday routine .
